User Eligibility & Account Requirements
To create a gaco account, you must:

- Provide accurate contact information (email address and phone number).

We reserve the right to suspend or close your account if we determine that you are accessing gaco from a restricted jurisdiction or if you have provided false information during the verification process. We may also suspend or close your account if we suspect activity that violates these terms or the laws of your jurisdiction.
Changes in Local Law & Account Status
Laws governing online gaming change over time. If the legal status of online gaming changes in your jurisdiction after you open your gaco account, your account status may be affected. We may, at our discretion, restrict or close your account to comply with new local laws. If this occurs, we will honour withdrawal requests for any balance remaining in your account, processed to your registered payment method.

Payment Methods & Regional Support

The availability of these payment methods may vary by jurisdiction. If your jurisdiction prohibits payment processing for online gaming, we cannot process deposits or withdrawals, and we will restrict your account accordingly.
