By opening an account on gaco, you agree to these terms. Our terms cover account eligibility, deposit and withdrawal procedures, bonus conditions, game rules, dispute resolution, and jurisdiction restrictions. If we detect prohibited conduct, we reserve the right to suspend or permanently close your account without notice. Any balance in a closed account may be forfeited. We may report suspected illegal activity to relevant authorities. You agree to cooperate with any investigation we conduct into suspected prohibited conduct.

If you dispute a game settlement, account charge, or withdrawal outcome, contact gaco support through the platform and provide detailed information. We will investigate within seven business days and respond with our findings. If you remain unsatisfied, you may request escalation to our compliance team for final review.

gaco retains complete transaction history for your account. You can access your account ledger at any time to review all deposits, entries, settlements, and withdrawals. This history is the primary evidence used in any dispute.

Jurisdiction Restrictions & Limitation of Liability
